YOU OR YOUR ORGANISATION CAN OPT OUT OF THE COLLECTIVE PROCEEDINGS IF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

You are an individual who was living in the UK on 5 August 2026, and you purchased search advertising from Google (either directly or via a media agency) between 1 January 2011 and 15 April 2025;

Your organisation was based in the UK as of 5 August 2026 and purchased search advertising from Google (either directly or via a media agency) between 1 January 2011 and 15 April 2025.

The signatory confirms that they / the organisation below wishes to opt out of collective proceedings being brought by Dr Or Brook Class Representative Limited against Google Inc & Others in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, Case No. 1720/7/7/25.

If opting out as an individual, the signatory confirms that they were living in the UK on 5 August 2026. If opting out on behalf of an organisation, the signatory confirms that, as of on 5 August 2026, the organisation below (a) was incorporated under UK law and had its registered office or another official address in the UK, or (b) its central management and control was exercised in the UK .

The signatory acknowledges that by submitting this opt out form by 8 January 2027, the individual or named organisation will not be entitled to claim a share of any money that becomes available in the future in respect of the collective proceeding/s identified above.

If this form is submitted or sent after 4pm on 8 January 2027, the signatory acknowledges that the individual or organisation below will not be able to opt out of the class without the permission of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
